The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) released the results of the Form Six examination today, with the girls leading the way, with 27,577 (97.21 percent) of the 28,731 (38 percent) girls who took the exam passing, and Coast Region schools among the best done.
Out of the 46,385 boys who took the test, 42,975 (95.34 percent) passed. According to the data, 58,556 (93.72) candidates received first through third grades, with 22, 909 girls and 35,647 males.
