- Once come to collect, come with IDS (driving license, national ID or Vote cards) or other certificates.

- Visit the official website for NACTVET
- Navigate to “Key Links” located under the footer menu
- Open “Request Academic Transcript”
- Enter your Registration number
- Enter verification code ( Enters the letters shown in the image above verification code panel)
- Click Submit

For students wishing to collect their Transcripts at NACTVET Headquarter the fee is Tshs 10,000/= and those wishing to collect at the Zone Offices the fee is 15,000/=
How to pay is quite simple, select your favorite network and go to the payment menu (eg tigo: * 150 * 01 #, then select Pay bill, then select government payment, record number (991120100619), Enter amount, set password, then confirm.
You can Pay via M-pesa, Tigo Pesa, Halopesa and Airtel Money
Upon sending payments you will receive a text message from the government payment system (Example: Payment received to National Council for Technical Education Invoice no: 991120000032, Amount: 10,000 TZS, Receipt number: 99005646302, Date: 07/04/2022: 12:00 : 34, Via: EC: 1002222146951P “).
Use the receipt number you used to enter in the payment confirmation box (99005046302)
