2023 Non-school leavers (apply directly to the universities)
Remember that many of the undergrad study programs in-country would have been filled by Grade 12 intakes at the start of a new academic year.
That means that any Grade 12 students from the previous five years (with good or upgraded grades) who wish to apply directly to universities may have to wait until June or July 2022 to apply for consideration in the 2023 academic year.

It’s worth noting that UPNG, Unitech, DWU, and WPU are all accepting new applications online. Applicants must apply through the online portals.
The other PNG universities are accepting pdf applications. Applicants must complete the applications offline and submit them to the universities via email or mail. If you live nearby, you can also hand-deliver your application.
