Eligibility for a HESLB Loan?

• You must be a Tanzanian citizen applying for admission into a recognised higher learning institution.
• Must Be Admitted to an Accredited Institution, Higher learning institutions approved by NACTVET, TCU, or NECTA

• Students From Low-Income Families, i.e. Orphans, Poor families, families with disabilities, families with chronic financial hardship. Proof such as affidavits, local government letters, or social welfare assessments may be required.
• Students Enrolled in Priority Programs such as health, engineering, oil and gas, science and technology, agriculture etc. NB: All courses may receive loans depending on budget and need.

• Must Not Have Another Sponsorship, i.e. government or foreign
