In the Solomon Islands, school placement is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development (MEHRD). School placements are managed under MEHRD, mainly through coordination with provincial education authorities and school heads, National Secondary School Placement process, relevant MEHRD departments that handle examinations, assessment, and planning.
How to Check MEHRD Placement 2025/2026?
MEHRD is the government authority responsible for coordinating student selection, placement, and progression from one education level to another based on national policies and examination results.
- To access Mehrd placements results, visit the Mehrd official website at https://www.mehrd.gov.sb/
- While on homepage navigate to documents as shown in Mehrd 2 of 3.
- You will be redirected to different zip/Gzip files archived
- Select Examination Results as shown in Mehrd 3 of 3 , before opening the examination results document switch your browser into the desktop version.
- Then select either year 7,10,12, or 13 placement to view and print results.

Role of MEHRD in School Placement
